About Us

Motion Media Works is a fast-growing event production and AV company supporting conferences, exhibitions, livestreams, hybrid events, LED walls, and enterprise productions across Singapore.

As the company scales, we are building internal systems to improve operations, crew coordination, logistics, project tracking, and automation.

We are looking for a highly organized and systems-minded person to help design, build, and maintain the internal operating systems of the company.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, building workflows, automating repetitive work, and making systems run smoothly.

Responsibilities

Systems & Automation

  • Build and maintain Notion databases and dashboards

  • Create and improve workflows using Make.com

  • Build Slack automations, notifications, and workflows

  • Connect systems such as Notion, Slack, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and other tools

  • Help automate repetitive operational and admin tasks

Operations & Process Improvement

  • Analyze existing workflows and identify inefficiencies

  • Improve crew coordination and operational tracking systems

  • Create structured SOPs and process documentation

  • Help standardize company operations across projects

Database & Workflow Management

  • Maintain organized and reliable data structures

  • Update and improve operational dashboards

  • Ensure workflows and automations are properly tested and documented

  • Troubleshoot broken automations and system issues

AI & Productivity Tools

  • Explore ways to use AI tools to improve operations

  • Research and implement productivity tools where useful

  • Help integrate AI into daily workflows and business processes

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and logical thinking skills

  • Comfortable using productivity and digital tools

  • Detail-oriented and process-driven

  • Able to think systematically and solve operational problems

  • Comfortable learning new software and workflows

  • Good written communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills

  • Familiar with Notion

  • Familiar with Make.com, Zapier, or automation platforms

  • Familiar with Slack workflows and integrations

  • Comfortable working with databases and spreadsheets

  • Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, or automation logic is a bonus

  • Interest in AI tools and operational systems

Salary Range

SGD $3,500 depending on experience and capability.
